How do we proceed
AnalysisA first step is meant to provide us with a fairly good image of your organisation and its needs. (e.a. history, organisation culture, organisation structure, communication processes, talent map,...)
The analysis is made on base of interviews, eventually completed by questionnaires.
This phase provides us with a view on the current situation and on the nature of the mission.
The results of the analysis allow us to propose an outline of the mission and a process to complete it.
Objectives are agreed, KPI's are developed and and action plan is developed.
The agreed actions are put into execution. Intermediate evaluations lead to adjustments where needed.
Together with you, we make an end evaluation base of the agreed objectives and KPI's. A debriefing gives the final touch.
